Eatz Catering Services Pte Ltd is a Halal-Certified Full-Service Caterer since 2005.Key Responsibilities Build rapport and communicate professionally with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email Understand client needs and recommend suitable menus and solutions Plan, prepare, and send quotations and confirmation orders in a timely manner Follow up on sales leads and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system Coordinate with kitchen and logistics to ensure all confirmed orders are executed accurately and efficiently Requirements Minimum 4 years of relevant experience , preferably in F&B, customer service, or admin Highly motivated, driven and hungry for sales.
