Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Fleet Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of vessels, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and manage dry-dockings and repairs, working closely with our technical team to ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular vessel inspections to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience at sea, with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Proven track record of successful vessel operation, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of maritime law and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
