System Infrastructure Specialist

To ensure the reliability and maintainability of client systems, we seek an expert who can provide technical support throughout their life cycles. This involves covering areas in system safety, maintenance support, and integrated logistics support (ILS) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and electronic engineering, with experience in reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAMS). They should also be familiar with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) tools.

In addition to providing technical support, the successful candidate will be responsible for proposing and implementing cost-effective ILS solutions to optimize the reliability, maintainability, and logistics resources of client systems.

Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering is required, with work experience in RAMS and ILS being advantageous.

We are looking for an independent, resourceful, and pro-active individual with good customer relationship management skills and strong analytical capability.

The working hours are as follows:

Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm

Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Lunch break: 1 hour
