Job Title:

IT Service Transformation Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead the transformation of our service delivery operations. As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in centralizing and standardizing infrastructure management across networks, servers, and cloud environments.

You will develop and implement strategies to drive service excellence, establishing governance frameworks, policies, and performance metrics for service operations. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure successful transformation initiatives.

A strong background in IT governance and leadership is essential, along with extensive experience in leading centralization and IT service optimization projects. Your ability to influence stakeholders through excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be key to driving change within our organization.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT service delivery
  • Senior leadership transformation experience
  • ITIL certification
