
Transformational Project Leadership Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading transformative projects that shape the future of our industry. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your strategic vision and leadership skills to drive impactful initiatives and foster innovation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of project methodologies, including Agile framework, and experience in implementing or integrating core banking systems. You will work closely with internal partners to drive strategic solutions and initiatives, contributing to a growing international business in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects, utilizing expertise in project management and strategic thinking to deliver results across various business units.
- Oversee the execution of programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, effective risk mitigation, and timely delivery of commitments.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor program progress, make informed decisions, and direct necessary adjustments to ensure the successful delivery of program commitments.
- Build, lead, and manage diverse teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth, and effectively delegating tasks to ensure efficient and effective achievement of objectives.
- Engage with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, and collaborating to resolve any arising issues.
- Coordinate with Operations, Middle Office, Finance, Technology, and Senior Management to build business requirements, procedures, and processes, including project plan development and resource management.
- Conduct data analysis and synthesis to translate into empirical solutions that optimize project reporting.
- Collaborate with business partners to design, introduce, or re-engineer existing processes and business applications.
- Facilitate project meetings, create presentation materials, and provide reporting/metrics as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of project methodologies, including Agile framework, and experience in implementing or integrating core banking systems.
- Proven track record in implementing or integrating a core banking system, whether internally developed or from a third-party vendor.
- Knowledge of client operations in Wealth Management, including Client Onboarding, KYC & Screening, and Account Maintenance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with different stakeholder groups and senior management.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to implement large projects across multiple legal entities worldwide.
- Work with business partners to design, introduce, or re-engineer existing processes and business applications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret models, make inferences from data, and provide continuous insight for program execution.
- Proven experience in conflict management, with the ability to identify conflicts, facilitate discussions, and create win-win solutions using collaboration or negotiation strategies.
- Advanced computer literacy, with the ability to effectively use technology to perform tasks, solve problems, and communicate in a professional setting.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with proven ability to lead and manage complex programs or projects, delivering results across various business units.
