Programme Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide support for Expressive Arts Therapy (EXAT) sessions, workshops, and campaigns for persons living with dementia and their carers.
- Provide administrative support for Service Development, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams, caregivers, and external partners (e.g., hospitals, community agencies) to coordinate programmes and resources.
- Prepare therapy and programme spaces, ensuring materials and equipment are organised and ready.
- Assist in data entry, monitoring, and cleaning for programme evaluation, KPI tracking, system migration, and other reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, attendance logs, and consent documentation.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant discipline, preferably with 2 years' experience in programme coordination, administration, or the social service/healthcare.
- Meticulous with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and a good team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity towards persons living with dementia and their carers.
- Prior experience in arts, therapy, or dementia-related services is an advantage.
