The Role

We are looking for a Head of GTM, APAC, to join our Global Sales team, focusing on companies based in Japan and the APAC region. **This position will be based in Singapore and report to the Japan HQ**.

As a Head of GTM at LegalOn, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing opportunities through the sales pipeline to close and upsell.

You will collaborate closely with our US and Japan teams to drive achievement of global sales goals. Your clients will include General Counsels, VPs, and C-suite executives at medium to large-sized companies across industries who are looking to optimize their legal teams' operations.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, fluency in English, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in SaaS sales. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue potential customers to generate new business opportunities

  • Explore opportunities to expand accounts with APAC customers

  • Contact and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and follow up to build a strong sales pipeline

  • Collaborate with the Sales Development and Marketing teams to design and execute strategies for reaching sales targets

  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, track opportunities, and monitor sales activities

  • Provide regular reports on pipeline progress and results to management

  • Maintain flexibility to collaborate across US time zones
