About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our corporate customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle distributor inquiries and provide prompt responses to customer requests.
  • Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely execution of shipments.
  • Prepare and submit quotations to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts price lists for customers.
  • Coordinate with customers, forwarders, and internal departments to fulfill customer orders.
  • Prepare and submit documentation to assist customers with custom queries.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English is required.
  • Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Meticulous and hardworking with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Good self-drive and self-discipline with minimal supervision required.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Able to work well in a team as well as being independent and proactive.
  • Able to work under tight schedules and handle high volumes of requests.
