Job Description
Get to know the team:
As part of the Singapore Operations team, the Grab Merchant team looks at how we can engage our Merchants and help partner them in growing their business on Grab.
Get to know the role:
You will be responsible for driving increased engagement with the merchants, as measured by the increase in merchants visiting the centre and participating in our various initiatives.
You will report to the Lead of Grab Merchant Centre and reports on-site in Singapore office.
The day-to-day activities:
Deliver excellent customer service to Merchants that come in through the Grab Merchant Centre and provide recommendations according to their requirements.
Organise and deliver workshop sessions & events that educate Merchants on Grab's offerings and drive adoption of them.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and drive initiatives to grow the GMC.
Provide data-driven recommendations to Merchants based on in-depth analysis of Merchants' business performance on Grab.
Structure OneGrab partnerships with unmanaged Merchants - including working with Marketing, Product and Business teams to ensure the success of the partnership.
Identify ways to improve internal GMC processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor (or above) degree in Business/ Management or equivalent.
You have at least 1 year of experience in account management, sales, business development, partnerships, or equivalent role.
Strong presentation skills to effectively deliver workshop sessions & events.
