**Get to know the Team**:
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing strong business relationships with long-tail merchants (top 500-2500) to increase their engagement with GrabFood.

**Get to know the Role**:
**To assist the Head of Sales in**:

- Structure merchant incentive programs to manage merchant churn rate.
- Work with merchants to increase transactions through incentive programs.
- Manage merchant relationship post acquisition and provide EOD reports to selected merchants.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and resolve merchant queries.
- Upsell existing/future products to merchants.

**Traits required to excel in this role**:

- Strong relationship management and communication skills. Strong analytical skills, data and target driven individual.
- Structured individual and responsible individual.

**The day-to-day activities**:

- **
Acquisition**:Onboard merchants that have been acquired and improve the onboarding process to increase efficiency.
- **
Retention**:Work closely with the Head of Sales to set up and improve merchant incentive programs to increase merchant transactions.
- **
Upsell**:Introduce GrabRewards (loyalty program) to selected merchants as a form of retention and marketing exposure for merchants.
- Prior experience in budget management is a plus point.
- This role requires the individual to work well with internal and external parties.
- Have managed a team of 5 minimum previously.

**The must haves**:

- 5 years working experience in relationship management and operations.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (words, power point and excel).
- Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills is a plus.
- Experience in dealing with external and internal parties.
- Experience in business operations.
- Have managed a team of 5 previously.
- Responsible for business targets.
