You will be part of an exciting sales team that is responsible for acquiring and managing merchants and partners for payment and financial services in Grab Financial Group Singapore.
**Get to know the Role**
This role reports to the Head, Merchant Sales, Grab Financial Group SG, and will develop strategies for reaching customers and generating sales leads. You would partner with the Sales Team to develop and execute plans to meet business revenue goals.
**The Day-to-Day Activities**:
- Develop strategy and plans necessary to meet the team’s revenue growth deliverables
- Sales lead generation through research, identify sales trends and opportunity
- Partner with Sales / Account Management teams to build business case, create business and partnership proposals, and deliver presentation
- Data analysis, track sales and revenue performance
- Support the deployment of sales tools (Salesforce)
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, market share, trends and growth projections
- Identify business problems and provide recommendations for improvements. Develop and implement best practices and sales playbook, to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with internal functions including Operations, Marketing and Product
**The Must-Haves**:
- Degree in Finance / Business / Marketing
- Sales / business planning, project management, consulting experience
- Self-starter who is proactive with a problem-solving mindset
- Experienced working in high impact organization
- Confident and articulate communicator, able to present to internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Good team player
- Strong in driving deployment and usage of data analytics tools (ie Power BI, SF, etc)
