Lead HBM Product Engineer

As a key leader in our High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) product engineering team, you will spearhead the development of high-performing teams and drive media health manufacturing and activities for Micron's latest HBM products. You will lead a portfolio of best-in-class next-generation HBM products focused on quality, cost, cycle time, and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimized Test Coverage : Ensure optimized test coverage on all current and future HIG HBM design architectures and process nodes to maintain effectiveness and efficiency in high-volume manufacturing.
  • Product Development and Validation : Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify Micron's next-generation HBM products, ensuring they are reliable and meet necessary standards.
  • Support for New Product Design Validation : Provide technical support for design verification and in-depth circuit analysis of new products using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
  • Yield Improvement and Cost Reduction : Improve manufacturing test yields, reduce test time, and resolve yield-related issues to achieve cost reduction and meet yield targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and technical skills, especially in problem-solving with root cause understanding and solution space through in-depth circuit analysis.
  • Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools and scripting.
  • Dedicated and highly motivated individual with a flexible approach towards adapting to different roles in a dynamic working environment.
  • Proven track record of collaborative work within/across teams to address sophisticated business and engineering problems.
