Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Memory Technology Developer to join our team. As a key member of our NAND Central Engineering-Product Yield Improvement Engineering Team, you will be responsible for developing, debugging, and maintaining code for new generation NAND memory.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with global teams, participate in debugging test code programs, and engage in innovative solutions through bench testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced bench tester programs for NAND/HBM Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) purposes
  • Deliver APG programs for critical C1/C1P Probe tests before first Si
  • Support Fab YE/PYE users in bench correlation issues
  • Develop innovative EFA tools to speed up EFA cycle time
  • Identify failure signatures through Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA), characterize, and validate the failure model
  • Identify and suggest ESDA/Repair/Parametric probe monitor for visibility and volume data collection for Fab analytics
  • Perform internal probing (Simulation to support FA, if needed) to help isolate defect location for Physical Failure Analysis (PFA)
  • Assist with First Silicon Failure Analysis, fixing, and collaboration with the Fab Yield Improvement Team
  • Support evaluation on the New Product Introduction (NPI) test program
  • Independently debug and identify root causes of test program issues and provide solutions across internal/external groups
  • Take the lead in coordinating priorities to complete project tasks successfully
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Possesses 3 years of hands-on experience in failure analysis, focusing on identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions across complex systems/devices
  • NAND experience is preferred
  • Familiar with C/C++ and Python for APG programming
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation towards learning and development
  • Strong drive and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating complex technical ideas/concepts effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve sophisticated problems creatively
  • Knowledge of the Backend Merlin/uMate test program is an added advantage
