**OVERVIEW & IMPACT**:
Samsung Electronics Device Solution is a global leader in Memory Semiconductor technology. The Senior Field Application Manager for Memory team will be main contact window with our Headquarters team in Korea for our sales office in Singapore office and other ASEAN countries. The incumbent Work closely with customers and HQ team for problem solving, as well as to provide technical support to the customers during product development stage and analyze failure for design-in/sustaining product. To understand how to validate and analyze failure of SSD product and able to liaise with respective stakeholders

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform or carry out test for memory product qualification
- Analyze/Identify failure and find root cause on qualification and field
- Explain and provide details of technical issues to HQ team and customers
- Conduct proper test to support customer's request
- Regular visit to develop and enhance relationship with customers
- To provide failure analysis support to regional memory customers
- Follow up on quality issues and co-work with Samsung HQ to solve it effectively
- Work with customer to carry out business specific quality initiatives
- Participate in QTR/QBRs.
- Fluent in Korean language would be advantage

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- BS degree or MSC in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Field experience or hands-on practice or knowledge of multi-disciplinary system design and development (systems such as electrical, electronics, computerized, mechanical and / or combination of these). Must have good knowledge of memory products
- Strong Ability to speak and write in Korean Fluently
- Understand Memory related ecosystem in ASEAN and India region

A qualified person should have at least 10 years in SSD development/test/analysis engineer role. Relevant QA experience in the semiconductor/electronics industry will be an added advantage.
