Invoicing & Sales Coordinator Job Opportunity

This role is a 1-year contract position, requiring the candidate to work 5 days from 9am-6pm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create invoices for spare parts orders and service interventions.
  • Submit invoices to customers via email or customer portal.
  • Reconcile payables and receivables for CSS and CSF during month-end.
  • Reconcile purchases, including definitive price reports and sub-con cost reports.
  • Reconcile turnover, WIP, and stock, as well as monthly absorption.
  • Generate Cost of Sales Reports for spares, service, repairs, revamping, warranty, and vouchers.
  • Generate YTD Sales Reports, Sales Cumulative Reports, and Monthly Management Reports.
  • Prepare GST declarations with IRAS every quarter.
  • Assist the accountant in annual external audits.
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Process quotations for spare part inquiries from customers (Japan).
  • Process orders/POs from customers.
  • Open sales orders/work orders for customers.
  • Confirm orders with customers within 1-3 weeks.
  • Coordinate with CS France on delivery schedules, missing parts, and wrong part deliveries for customer orders.
  • Process customer requirements for Certificate of Origin/Quality issuance.
  • Open proforma invoices for customer orders upon advance
