
Sales Invoice Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Invoicing & Sales Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, including creating invoices, reconciliations, and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and submit invoices to customers via email or customer portal
- Reconcile payables and receivables for CSS and CSF at month-end
- Process quotations for spare part inquiries from customers
- Process orders/POs from customers
In order to excel in this role, you must have strong administrative skills and 2 years of experience in a similar position. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Admin and Accounting
