Job Title: Invoicing & Sales Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Invoicing & Sales Coordinator to join our team.

  • Create professional invoices for spare parts orders and service interventions
  • Submit invoices to customers via email or customer portal in a timely manner
  • Reconcile payables and receivables for CSS and CSF during month-end to ensure accuracy
  • Process quotations for spare part inquiries from customers efficiently
  • Coordinate with external teams on delivery schedules, missing parts, and wrong parts delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Admin and Accounting with a strong focus on finance and accounting principles
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
