Job Title:
Invoicing and Sales Coordinator Position Available

This role involves coordinating sales activities, creating invoices, and reconciling financial records.

  • Create accurate and timely invoices for spare parts orders and service interventions
  • Submit invoices to customers through email or customer portals
  • Perform reconciliations for payables and receivables on a monthly basis
  • Reconcile purchases including definitive price reports and sub-contractor cost reports
  • Generate Cost of Sales Reports for Spares, Service, Repairs, Revamping, Warranty, and Vouchers
  • Produce Year-to-Date Sales reports, Sales Cumulative reports, and Monthly Management reports
  • Assist in the preparation of GST declarations with IRAS on a quarterly basis
  • Support the Accountant during annual external audits

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum Diploma in Administration and Accounting, with 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Familiarity with sales coordination, invoicing, and financial record-keeping is essential. Proficiency in relevant software applications and excellent communication skills are also required.

This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
