Barbecue Server

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders and serving food in a timely manner.
  • Assist the team to ensure smooth daily service operations, including opening and closing of outlet, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring all pre-opening duties are completed.
  • Perform basic cashiering duties and handle guest complaints and feedback effectively.
  • Be familiar with all items on the menu, including recipes, drink list, wine list and methods of preparation and preparation time.
  • Recommend and promote all items on the menu or specials to guests.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance and deportment at all times.
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • No experience needed, training will be provided.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Personable, charming and outgoing personality, with a strong service-attitude.
  • Available to work 5 days a week (44 hours).
