Job Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen appliances at customer locations.

Key tasks include:

  • Executing appliance installations and servicing procedures efficiently.
  • Conducting product usage training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding and proficiency.
  • Accurately documenting service activities and providing detailed after-service reports.
  • Effectively managing spare parts inventory within designated company vehicles.
  • Representing the organization professionally as a frontline services representative.

Requirements for Success:

  • Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License is mandatory.
  • Qualifications in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related fields (NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience; entry-level candidates with potential are also encouraged to apply.
