Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation of home appliances, including filtration units, to meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service, address any concerns or issues promptly, and ensure that all installations are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct on-site assessments to determine the best location for installation based on plumbing, electrical, and space requirements.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process, answer questions, and address concerns.
  3. Install home appliances according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  4. Connect home appliances to existing plumbing lines, faucets, and electrical outlets as needed.
  5. Test installed systems to ensure proper functioning.
  6. Provide demonstrations to customers on how to use and maintain their systems effectively.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with installed systems in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of industry experience in a related role.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead the team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
