Overview

As a Home Appliance Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting on-site assessments to determine the best location for installation based on plumbing, electrical, and space requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Install home appliances according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Connect home appliances to existing plumbing lines, faucets, and electrical outlets as needed.
  • Test installed systems to ensure proper functioning.
  • Provide demonstrations to customers on how to use and maintain their systems effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with installed systems in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in electrical engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead the team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
