**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in Singapore Building Electrical Project & Construction Project.
- preferably 3 to 5 years Working Experience in Singapore Building Electrical Engineering & construction electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in using electrical design software - Autocad & Microsoft Office.
- Minimum : Degree Holder

**Responsibilities**
- Design and Draft M&E system drawings according to specification including Electrical System (layout plan, section & elevation, details, single-line, and drawings)
- To Conduct submission of drawings, technical material & equipment to consultants, clients and authority for Approval
- To prepare Shop & As-Build Drawing for Submission using AutoCad
- Understand specifications to take off the quantities for tendering, preparing Bill of Quantities and filling the price for tendering
- To prepare Progress claim
- To arrange Handover documents to Client
- Preparation and Submission of Variation Order/claim
- Site visit with site engineer for checking drawing's design point and location if it is require
- Calculation of Tender Estimate (QS)
- To prepare for Design Of Shop, Section, Detailing and As-Built Drawings
- To coordinate on Site Meeting
- Other duties as assigned
