Job Title: Home Appliance Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Appliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting and repairing home appliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient after-sales technical services, including maintenance, installation, and repairs on various home kitchen products
- Conduct basic user-training to customers on appliance usage and maintenance
- Prepare and explain after-service reports to customers
- Work as a frontline staff representative, ensuring excellent customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Min NiTEC, HiTEC, or Diploma holder in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in servicing major home appliances
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics
- Excellent trouble-shooting skills and ability to take corrective measures
- Possess Class 3 Driving license is required
- Entry Level candidates can be considered, with on-job training provided
