Job Title: Home Appliances Service Specialist
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Home Appliances Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining home appliances in optimum operating condition.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair home appliances in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
- Valid class 3 driver's license is advantageous (commercial vehicle)
- Experience in electrical/troubleshooting is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
