Service Technician Job Summary

Our company is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing after-sales service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of home kitchen products at customer locations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of service issues.
  • Conduct basic user training for customers on the proper use and maintenance of home appliances.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, including any repairs or replacements made.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience servicing home appliances preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical schematics an advantage.
