We are seeking a highly skilled Home Appliance Servicer to join our team. As a Home Appliance Servicer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch after-sales technical services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient technical support to customers.
  • Conduct basic user-training to customers.
  • Prepare and explain after-service reports to customers.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Work effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Take follow-up action on outstanding issues in a timely manner.

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. They should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in servicing major home appliances.
  • The ability to read and understand blue prints and drawings.
  • An understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • The ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and take corrective measures.
