Job Title:
Home Appliances Service Technician

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and efficient Home Appliances Service Technician to provide top-notch after-sales technical services, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of our range of home kitchen products island-wide. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide efficient after-sales technical services, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of home kitchen products at various customer locations island-wide.
• Conduct basic user-training for customers on the safe use and operation of our products.
• Prepare and explain after-service reports to customers, highlighting any issues or recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including time spent on each job and any parts used or replaced.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of working experience in servicing major home appliances, preferably with a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering.
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License to facilitate site travels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings, as well as mechanical and electrical schematics.
