Appliance Service Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Service Expert to provide exceptional technical support to customers and ensure their satisfaction with home kitchen products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing after-sales technical services, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of appliances at customer locations island-wide.

  • Provide top-notch technical services, including repair, maintenance, and installation of appliances.
  • Maintain adequate stock of maintenance parts in the assigned service vehicle.
  • Conduct basic user training for customers on appliance usage and care.
  • Prepare detailed service reports and explain them clearly to customers.
  • Represent the company professionally as a frontline service representative.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve service matters.
  • Follow up promptly on outstanding service issues to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • A Class 3 license is preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in Gas water heater or Gas Service Worker License (LGSW) will have an added advantage.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
