Job Summary

">Technical Service Specialist

This role requires a skilled technical service specialist to provide efficient after-sales services, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of home kitchen products island-wide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering with experience in servicing major home appliances.

The selected individual will work independently as well as part of a team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Key responsibilities include conducting site visits, providing training to customers, managing spare parts inventory, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
  • At least one year of experience in technical services or a related field
  • Possess Class 3 driving license for site travel
