Home Appliance Installer Position

We are seeking an experienced Home Appliance Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation of home appliances at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site assessments to determine the best location for appliance installation based on plumbing, electrical, and space requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Install home appliances according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Connect appliances to existing plumbing lines, faucets, and electrical outlets as needed.
  • Test installed systems to ensure proper functioning.
  • Provide demonstrations to customers on how to use and maintain their systems effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with installed systems in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, including parts used, labor hours, and customer information.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to schedule installations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of industry experience in a related role.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead the team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingsness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
