We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Appliance Installation Technician to join our operations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, troubleshooting, and repairing kitchen appliances on-site.
This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide guidance on appliance usage and care, and ensure that all appliances are functioning properly.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess a Class 3 license and have prior experience working with kitchen appliances or related products. Traveling on-site is also a requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities- Install, assemble, troubleshoot, and repair kitchen appliances on-site
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns
- Test and inspect appliances to ensure proper function
- Communicate with customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and provide basic usage and care guidance
- Help manage spare parts inventory and track usage
- 0-3 years of service technician experience dealing with kitchen appliances or related products
- Possess Class 3 license
- Willing to travel on-site
