Life and Health Insurance Business Analyst Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in life and health insurance operations.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in the insurance industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis to define business requirements;
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and document requirements;
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure usability and accurate requirement translation;
- Assess feasibility of design, features, and proposed solutions;
- Support delivery of initiatives across markets within an Agile framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis within the insurance industry, and extensive knowledge of insurance policy servicing and/or claims operations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency in JIRA and Confluence;
- Excellent communication (written and spoken English) and stakeholder management skills;
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail;
