Roles & Responsibilities Job Decription We are looking for a hands-on and people-focused End User Services (EUS) Team Leader to supervise and work alongside the IT support team in day-to-day operations. This role blends leadership and technical expertise, where the individual will not only manage a team of support technicians but also directly handle complex technical issues, support end users, and ensure service quality. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and demonstrates strong technical and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Team Supervision & Technical Operations• Lead a team of L1/L2 support technicians and provide technical and operational guidance.• Manage ticket queues, assign work, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.• Work hands-on to resolve complex or high-impact technical issues and escalations (P1/P0). Technical Support & Troubleshooting • Perform Level 2 troubleshooting for hardware, OS, software, and networking issues.• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and applications.• Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning. Resource & Shift Management • Manage team schedules, shift rotations, leave planning, and on-call readiness.• Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums. Process Adherence & Quality • Enforce SOPs, security protocols, and ITIL-aligned processes.• Ensure asset tracking, documentation, and lifecycle management practices are followed. User Engagement & Service Delivery • Conduct floor walks, run Tech Bars, and promote a user-centric support culture.• Monitor CSAT and implement corrective actions based on user feedback. Reporting & Collaboration • Generate team performance reports, ticket trend analysis, and improvement plans.• Liaise with other IT teams to escalate and resolve interdependent issues. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in End User Support with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role. Strong technical background in desktop support, Microsoft 365, AD, Intune, and collaboration tools. Proven ability to manage a support team and maintain high service standards. Hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM. Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms. Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Capacity Management). Experience in A/V support, collaboration tools, endpoint security, and remote troubleshooting. Basic understanding of networking, infrastructure, and telecom concepts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on user experience. Preferred Certifications: • ITIL Foundation • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate • CompTIA A+ / Network+ End User Computing, Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM.
