Job Overview
Reporting to the Manager of the Project Management Office at the Regional Health System Office (RHSO), the incumbent will support Healthier SG enrolments at NUHS touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for RHSO and partner NUHS hospitals for managing the central booth during operating hours at hospital and community touchpoints.
- Train and guide temporary staff on booth operations, public engagement, and handling queries related to Healthier SG, enrolment, appointments, and health point redemption.
- Engage the public on preventive health, assess their needs, and connect them with suitable programs.
- Support administrative tasks such as recording daily enrolment data and submitting reports to stakeholders.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a willingness to engage with the public.
- Proficient in navigating computer systems and mobile applications.
- Experience in customer service or healthcare is advantageous.
- Willing to work on weekends if required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
