Job Overview Reporting to the Manager of the Project Management Office at the Regional Health System Office (RHSO), the incumbent will support Healthier SG enrolments at NUHS touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main contact for RHSO and partner NUHS hospitals for managing the central booth during operating hours at hospital and community touchpoints. Train and guide temporary staff on booth operations, public engagement, and handling queries related to Healthier SG, enrolment, appointments, and health point redemption. Engage the public on preventive health, assess their needs, and connect them with suitable programs. Support administrative tasks such as recording daily enrolment data and submitting reports to stakeholders. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Diploma in any discipline. Friendly and approachable demeanor with a willingness to engage with the public. Proficient in navigating computer systems and mobile applications. Experience in customer service or healthcare is advantageous. Willing to work on weekends if required. Strong interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
