Insurance Telemarketing Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets and achieve campaign KPIs encompassing sales targets, call quality, and operational standards.
  • Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products and provide references to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products during customer interactions.
  • Convert leads into sales through effective telemarketing strategies and activities.
  • Ensure all call activities adhere to regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance standards.
  • Update accurate customer information in the company database.

Requirements:

Applicants must hold a Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI/HI) and have experience in telesales. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
