Telemarketing Specialist for Financial Sector
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Telemarketer to join our growing team, specializing in financial services. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and arranging appointments for consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided lead lists.
- Schedule appointments between prospects and financial consultants.
- Follow up on missed calls and maintain regular engagement.
- Achieve monthly appointment-setting and call activity targets.
- Update call activity and client information accurately in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and positive, resilient attitude.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable handling rejection.
