Your Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to promote our products to both new and existing customers
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to maximize customer value
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales
- Ensure all sales activities are fully compliant with industry regulations and meet high standards for quality and professionalism
- Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in our system
Requirements:
We're looking for individuals who:
- Hold a minimum qualification of GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- Have prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or the financial services industry (preferably)
- Possess an Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) (strong advantage)
