Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as an Insurance Specialist. This role is ideal for those who are eager to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth and development. As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.

You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting meetings with clients, providing professional advice on suitable insurance products and coverage options, preparing and presenting insurance proposals, and performing follow-up calls and maintaining ongoing client relationships.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to stay up-to-date with industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements, and meet sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance objectives.

Requirements
  • No prior experience is required; newcomers and entry-level professionals are welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of financial and insurance products is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to undergo relevant training and obtain necessary insurance certifications/licenses.
