Insurance Specialist We are seeking an experienced Insurance Specialist to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Job Overview:

The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for evaluating insurance applications, determining eligibility, coverage, and associated risks. This individual will also process new policies, renewals, extensions, and cancellations, and issue necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Analysis and Risk Assessment : Conduct thorough policy analyses to identify potential risks and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Policy Management : Manage the lifecycle of insurance policies, including processing new policies, renewals, extensions, and cancellations.
  • Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurers to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Marketing : Generate leads, make calls, and assist with marketing campaigns to sell insurance products.
  • Financial Needs Analysis : Conduct assessments to understand a client's financial situation and recommend suitable insurance and protection plans.
