Job Title: Insurance Sales Representatives

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. As a representative, you will be responsible for promoting, cross-selling, and up-selling insurance products and services to customers through telephone-based sales calls.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong communication skills, a passion for selling, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform outbound sales calls to customers to promote, cross-sell, and up-sell insurance products and services.
  • Handle incoming pre-sales enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service, and on-going customer relationship management.
  • Send product information and respond to customer emails professionally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and develop relationships with customers to maximize sales potential, retention, and renewal.
  • Ensure monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and exceeded.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum Diploma/GCE 'O' level with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in outbound sales, preferably in a call centre environment and general insurance industry.
  • General Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, and HI if applicable) and basic computing skills.
  • An energetic, outgoing personality, customer-oriented, and service-driven approach.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
