Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and excellent customer service to car insurance customers
  • Maximize cross-selling opportunities as per company strategy
  • Follow up with customers and be accountable for personal conversion rate
Requirements
  • Strong Telesales/Telemarketing experience - prior experience in car insurance would be an asset
  • Knowledgeable of the car insurance market
  • Certifications required: BCP and PGI
