But what’s the role?We are looking for a motivated and proven Account Director with demonstrable experience in enterprise cybersecurity product sales, to target enterprise accounts across APAC - based in Singapore.
Sounds great – what will I do?Hunt, qualify, and manage sales process and opportunities to secure commercial opportunities for the watch Towr Platform.
Work with commercial leadership to build accurate sales forecasting and mapping of target accounts, and then take lead on executing the plan.
Identify new business opportunities and create comprehensive account development strategies, engagement plans, and targets for each account in your assigned industries.
Articulate our value proposition and product capability to influence and guide key decision-makers, ultimately establishing watch Towr’s credibility.
Align strategy and approach to overarching business goals.
Ensure that all customer requirements are met, in line with watch Towr’s standards of quality, throughout the entire commercial process.
Sounds perfect to me, what specifics are you looking for?5+ years of B2 B/enterprise cybersecurity direct sales experience, in fast-paced and empowering environments - either Saa S or consultancy.
Experience in direct cybersecurity technology sales with enterprise accounts.
Experience in highly-regulated markets historically (banking, insurance, etc), in a direct-sales capacity.
Understanding of the buying cycle of senior stakeholders (CXOs) and how enterprises procure technology.
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, existing status-quo of how organisations test for vulnerabilities, and market competitors.
Experience in managing sales team personnel, guiding both junior and mid-level team members to achieve commercial objectives.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments without needing hand-holding.
Familiarity with structured sales processes and methodologies, like the Challenger sale methodology.
Ability to leverage an existing channel and partner network to fulfil transactions.
Enjoy working in highly motivated teams, who are obsessed with the mission.
Excited to be the first Account Executive on the ground in Europe, ready to drive the commercial business with full energy with the support of the global commercial team.
