Programme Operations Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Programme Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic team delivering impactful learning and engagement programmes. This is a 3-month contract position, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and seek variety in their work. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end programme administration and logistics, including participant registrations, handling queries, room setup, catering, and supplier coordination. Assist in procurement, billing, and programme evaluation processes. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of events and training sessions. Coordinate speaker engagements, schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and compile and analyze programme data. Provide ad-hoc administrative support as necessary to ensure programme timelines and standards are met. Required Qualifications Polytechnic graduate with approximately 2 years of relevant experience , ideally in programme or event management. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact effectively at all levels. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Team player with excellent interpersonal and project management skills. Solid problem-solving capabilities and effective time-management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual tools such as Zoom and MS Teams. A professional, positive attitude with a commitment to excellence and integrity.
