What You'll Be Doing: The Game Plan

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, great with people, and happy to get hands-on. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Event Coordination (The Action): Assist our team in the smooth execution of sports events and recreation activities, ensuring everyone has a great time
  • Administration (The Playbook): Handle important daily tasks like managing participant sign-ups , overseeing reception counters, and making sure all administrative paperwork is accurate.
  • Facility Management (The Home Field): Help maintain a safe and fun environment by assisting with daily facility inspections and providing general support across different sport and recreation sections.
We're Looking for Someone Who Is:
  • A current student aged 16 to 23 in Singapore.
  • Reliable and Punctual – We count on you
  • A great communicator and enjoys working with people of all ages.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and can follow instructions well.
  • Passionate about sports and recreation (a plus, but not required).
