Would you like to work in an urban farm and run programmes around different facets of sustainability? **City Sprouts **is looking for a passionate and dedicated person to join us as Program Coordinator to plan, execute and run educational, fun, enriching programs such as tours, workshops, courses and events.

A good **Programme Coordinator **will be able to:

- Oversee a programme from set up to execution
- Able to adapt and deliver programmes to a wide range of target audience (eg. Deliver an engaging 60 mins tour)
- Excited to meet new people and share about City Sprouts
- Enjoy being in the outdoors and have an interest in all things' nature
- Possess good communication and organisational skills, able to work in a team
- Deliver engaging programmes catered to all ages
- Oversee coordination and implementation of on-site and off-site activations e.g. scheduling of programs, provide logístical support, liaison and relationship management with clients and vendors or stakeholders involved in the execution of programs.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable and outgoing with great interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a client-centric mind with good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong track record and experience in working with groups of people in community setting and not afraid to go hands-on
- Good working knowledge of and experience with developing and implementing procedures and systems
- Able to adapt to situations quickly
- Open to working on day(s) that fall on weekends if required.
- Able to start work in short notice will be preferred.
