**Job Overview**:
**Work with various members of the project team and the client to develop a time line, create schedules, and oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time. Programme coordinators utilize spreadsheets to track budgets, dates, and other information.**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Responsible for co-ordination of all activities on assigned project and assist in ensuring successful completion and execution of the assigned projects.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between all disciplines and project participants in the projects, to resolve all project issues hindering the work progress.
- Assist in all project administration.
- To maintain and manage comprehensive project documentations, plans and reports.
- Participate in client or contractor site meetings and inspections to ensure site installation is carried in accordance to the technical specification of the project.
- Assist in planning, scheduling and coordination of works and ensure proper deliverables and full compliance to the approved standards.
- Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
- Assist in all project management and coordination activities delegated by Programme Manager; including day-to-day interaction with clients, preparation of project documentations and production coordination.
- Report to the Programme Manager on work progress.
- Report to the Programme Manager on any site issues hindering the work progress.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical;
- Strong communication and coordination skills;
- Good planning and project management skills;
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage difficult situations and client relations effectively.
- Good administrative skill and able to multi-task
- Meticulous in work and pay attention to detail
