**Job Scope for Programme Coordinator**

**Home Visitation Program(HVP)**:

- Coordinate weekly home visits between NTU volunteers & our members.
- Review and file reports submitted by the students after each visit. Work with mental health team on intervention.
- Conduct home visits for new signups and help families fill out registration and assessment forms.

**Skills and Entrepreneurship Program(SEP)**
- Registration & scheduling for SEP program.
- Scheduling and assisting in workshops for corporate and community.
- Taking and editing photos of new products / scanning paintings.
- Managing inventory of stocks.

**Sensory Reading Program(SRP)**
- Assist in preparation of Props for the different stories.
- Posting volunteer needs via different platforms and arranging for training to be conducted.
- Helping families fill up intake forms when needed.
- Scheduling the Readings, to inform volunteers and family of PWDs.
- Submit reports to the Mental health team for assessment.

**Mental Wellness Program (MWP)**
- Support Mental health team with coordination work.

**Social Interaction Program(SIP)**
- Assist in coordination work and logistics for events.

**Projects**
- To ensure short term projects such as the yearly Greeting Card Sorting Projects are completed in time.
- To search out for similar short term packing job assignments.
- To reach out through the various volunteer platforms to use these projects for volunteer involvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum O levels with at least 2 years experience in programme coordination or relevant polytechnic diploma.
- Proficient in English.
- Able to do heavy lifting when needed.
- Required to work some Saturdays, and Sundays when there are events.
- Experience in engaging individuals with disabilities is preferred but not necessary.
- Must be a self starter and able to work independently and meticulously.
- Must be a team player who is keen to learn.
- Having patience and empathy is a must.
