**Overview**
- The Programme Coordinator is also known as the Programme Executive. He/She conducts programmes to suit the needs of clients. He/She identifies areas of improvements in these programmes, and implements quality control and compliance measures. He/She also develops informative materials for clients and volunteers. He/She plans the manpower roster for each programme and guides volunteers to carry out programme activities. He/She works with other organisations to execute programmes, and manage communications and feedback from stakeholders. He/She conducts outreach activities to other organisations and the community. He/She is a capable, driven, responsible and client-centric professional, who works in various voluntary welfare organisations and communities.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Carry out quality control and compliance procedures.
- Conduct outreach activities to target client group, other organisations and the community.
- Conduct programmes based on client needs.
- Develop informative materials for clients and volunteers.
- Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
- Identify areas of improvements in programmes.
- Maintain daily records on clients' progress.
- Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders.
- Plan the manpower roster for programmes.
- Provide programme updates to supervisor.
- Support the review and development of programmes based on client needs.
- Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma / Degree in business administration or any relevant field
- Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant position
- Knowledge of program management and development procedures
- Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
- Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and efficient
