**Roles & Responsibilities**

Working across operations and programmes, the programme coordinator will support the execution of various initiatives including beneficiary, volunteer and training programmes. The programme coordinator will work closely with the programme managers by coordinating events and activities, giving input to action plans, timelines and budgets, relaying feedback from stakeholders to the operations/ programmes team. You need excellent time management and communication skills as you’ll collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

By supporting CWAS programmes the programme coordinator has the opportunity to create impact and enable CWAS work toward the charity’s mission.

Working closely with the programme managers you will:

- Support aspects of the volunteer life-cycle as needed from recruitment, onboarding and training, shift-scheduling, engagement and retention activities
- Support the creation of programmes specific communications including newsletters, standard updates and social media posts
- Coordinate logistics and stakeholders for programme activities, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for those involved
- Contribute to status update meetings with progress on your work, potential areas for improvement, issues and feedback
- Assist in the development of programmes KPI updates and reports by conducting stakeholder interviews and data collection from programme beneficiaries including: seniors, PWDs, pilots (volunteers), community stakeholders, and strategic partners
- Support the documentation of programmes initiatives and processes with guidance of the programme manager
- Support the execution of the programme initiatives so it is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
